The Great Big Silage Day

Shipping early Dec 2026

The Great Big Silage Day grew from Brad’s love of farming and his big, bright ideas.

Brad was a dairy farmer in Dixie, Victoria, and a true blue sky thinker. He loved finding new ways to do things and sharing the fun of farm life with the people around him. Our farm was full of busy cows, big machines, early starts and stories worth telling.

I wanted to bring a little of that world to life for children. So come along with Poppa B and Rudy as they help milk the cows, chop the corn and pack the silage pit. It’s a big day on the farm, with plenty to see and Poppa B’s Akubra to spot along the way.

This book is my way of sharing the farm, the fun and the wonderful spirit Brad brought to it. I hope you love reading it as much as I loved creating it.
